How do I choose the right size so it fits?

A size guide is available on each product page. Click the size chart button to see measurements (which you can view in CM and inches), size conversions, and guidance on how to measure so the item fits well. The size chart appears in a slightly different place depending on your device:

  • Desktop - to the right of the size selection
  • Mobile - above "add to cart"

Many product pages also include a Size Assistant within the size chart pop-up, usually near the top. It asks for details such as your height, age, and weight to help suggest a size when you order.

What can I do if my item doesn't fit or isn't what I expected?

If the size, fit, color, or style isn't right, contact our Customer Care team before returning anything, with your order number and a clear description of the issue, for example too small, too large, too tight, too loose, the wrong color, or not the style you expected. We'll review your order and explain the options that may be available, which depending on the item could include an exchange, a return, or another arrangement suited to your order. Letting us know which option you'd prefer helps us sort it out faster.

How should I prepare an item for return or exchange?

Once we've confirmed how to proceed, please:

  1. Wait for us to provide the return address, any package reference, and instructions before shipping anything.
  2. Keep eligible items in new condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unworn. Some cases may also require the original packaging or an intact security buckle or tag.
  3. After shipping a return, email the tracking number to our Customer Care team.
  4. Write the order or reference number clearly on the outside of the package if we ask you to, so the warehouse can identify your return.
