Quick Answer
Availability can vary by item, size, color, and region. If the size, color, or style you want isn't showing online, or you need help finding a particular item, our Customer Care team can check it for you and suggest available alternatives. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll always let you know and help you sort it out. Most out-of-stock items are restocked, and you can sign up to be notified when an item you're watching returns.
What if the size, color, or item I want isn't available?
First, check the product page and its size guide for the sizes and colors currently offered. Keep in mind that not every product comes in every size, so a larger or smaller size may not exist for a particular item unless it appears on the page.
If what you want isn't showing, or you can't find a specific item, contact our Customer Care team with as much detail as you can, such as the product link or SKU, the product name, the color and size you want, and a screenshot if you have one. If you saw the item in an advertisement, social post, or photo, send us the image so we can help identify it. If your preferred option isn't available, we can suggest alternatives that are.
Why did I get an email saying my item is out of stock?
We're sorry if you've received an email saying one or more items in your order is out of stock. When this happens, it means the item appeared to be in stock when you placed your order, but when we went to pack it we found it was no longer available. If this affects your order, we'll be in touch about next steps, and we'll help with the available options for your situation.
Will the item be restocked?
We restock most out-of-stock items, and the restocking cycle is usually around 7 to 15 days. Timing can vary by item, so it isn't guaranteed for every product, but in most cases an out-of-stock item will return.
How do I find out when an item is back in stock?
If you've saved an item, you can choose to be notified when it returns:
- Make sure you're opted in to receiving notifications from us.
- Go to your saved items and tap Notify Me next to the item.
- If the item comes back in your chosen size, we'll let you know.
- Back-in-stock items can sell out quickly and we can't guarantee how long they'll stay available, so it helps to act promptly once you're notified.
- If an item goes out of stock again, you'll need to sign up to be notified again.
Can I change my order if I want a different size, color, or item?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible to ask whether a size, color, address, or item change can still be made. If your order has already shipped, it's usually best to wait until it arrives and then contact us about a return or exchange. Note that an automated order or shipping email may still show the original item details even after a change has been made; if we've confirmed a change with you separately, that confirmation is the one to follow.
In what situations should I contact Customer Care?
Contact our Customer Care team via live chat or the Contact Us page if:
- The size or color you want isn't shown on the product page
- You need help finding or identifying an item from a link, picture, or advertisement
- You received an email saying an item in your order is out of stock
- You want to change a size, color, item, or address before your order ships
- An item you selected became unavailable after you ordered
- Your order or shipping notification still shows the original item details after a change
When you contact us, include your order number if you have one, along with the product link or SKU, the color and size you want, and any helpful screenshots.
