Yes. SilkSilky offers a 365-Day Easy Return & Exchange policy, so you can request an exchange for a different size, color, or style within 365 days of receiving your item, as long as the replacement you'd like is available.
Please contact us first before sending anything back, so we can confirm what's available and give you the current return instructions for your order. Once we receive your returned item, an exchange is typically processed within about 5 business days.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact our Customer Care team via live chat or the Contact Us page, and let us know:
- Your order number and the email address used to place the order
- The item you'd like to exchange
- Exactly what you'd like instead - the new size, color, or style (a product link, name, or screenshot helps us match it quickly)
We'll confirm whether your preferred replacement is available and send you the current return instructions for your order. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us, as return details can vary.
What condition does my item need to be in?
To be eligible for an exchange, items should be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Where applicable, original packaging and an intact security clasp or buckle should also be in place.
Some items may not be eligible for exchange. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us when you get in touch and we'll let you know.
Can I exchange a sale item?
In many cases, yes - sale or promotional items can be exchanged, though this is handled on a case-by-case basis. Because prices and availability can differ from your original item, please contact us before returning a sale item so we can confirm what's possible and explain how any price difference would be handled.
Can I exchange an item because of a size or fit issue?
Yes. If something doesn't fit the way you hoped, an exchange for a different size is one of the most common requests we help with. Contact us with your order details and the size you'd like instead, and we'll check availability and send you the current return instructions. If the size you want is unavailable, we can talk through other options with you.
How long does an exchange take once you receive my return?

Who pays for return shipping on an exchange?
Return shipping is currently the customer's responsibility, and free return labels are not currently offered. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking so your return can be followed on its way back to us. The one exception is if your item is faulty, the wrong item, or arrived damaged - in that case, please contact us so we can help.
Why does my confirmation email still show the original item after an exchange?
If we've arranged an exchange, an automated email may still display the details of your original order for a short time. When this happens, the exchange details we've confirmed with you are the ones we'll use. If you'd like reassurance, just reply to your support conversation and we'll confirm the latest details.
