What currency will I be charged in?

The currency is based on the country or region you are shopping from. When more than one currency is available, prices are shown in the currency you select, and you are charged in that currency at checkout.

If your payment card is registered in a different currency from the one you are paying in, your bank will convert the amount using their own exchange rate. To change the currency you see, update your browsing country or region, and the available currency will be shown in the currency selector.

How do I pay with Apple Pay?

If your device supports Apple Pay, you can pay using a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card linked to your Apple Pay. Add your items to the bag as usual, and you will see the option to pay with Apple Pay. After reviewing your order details (card, billing and shipping address, shipping method, contact email, and order total), confirm with Touch ID, Face ID, or your passcode.

A couple of notes: on a Mac, Apple Pay appears only in the Safari browser on a supported macOS version, and you may need a nearby iPhone or Apple Watch to confirm payment. If a gift card covers your full order total, you will need to enter card details instead of using Apple Pay.

How do I pay with Google Pay?

Google Pay is available on supported devices in selected countries. You can pay with a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card stored in your Google Wallet. Add your items to the bag, and if your device supports it, you will see a Google Pay button alongside Checkout. Select it, choose your delivery option, and confirm. You will then review your order details before placing the order, and receive an order confirmation email once it is complete.

How do I pay with PayPal?

To pay with PayPal, you will need a PayPal account, which you can set up on the PayPal website. PayPal lets you check out without sharing your card details directly with the store, using just your email and password. At checkout, select PayPal and follow the prompts to log in and confirm your payment.

How do pay-later options work?

Pay-later and installment options such as Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay in 4, and Shop Pay Installments let you split your order into multiple payments, subject to the provider's approval and terms. When available for your country and order, you can select the option at checkout and follow the provider's steps. How is my payment kept secure?

Your security is a priority at checkout. Card transactions are validated and authorized by both SilkSilky and your card issuer. Depending on your bank, you may also be asked to complete an extra verification step, such as 3D Secure, which can involve entering a password or a security code sent to you by your bank.
