How Do I Change My Account Details?

Most of your account information can be updated yourself once you're signed in. Log in by clicking the person icon in the top right-hand corner of any page, and you'll be able to change your password, your contact email address, and your saved delivery addresses from your account.

If your change is connected to an order you've already placed, contact our Customer Care team via live chat or the Contact Us page so we can help, since updating your account doesn't change the details on an existing order.

How do I update my details after logging in?

  1. Log in to your account by clicking the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  2. Once you're signed in, you can make as many changes to your account information as you'd like.
  3. After making your changes, remember to save them.

From your account you can update:

  • Password - select Change Password, then enter your old password and your new one. Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters long.
  • Email address - open My Details and enter the email address you'd like us to contact you on.
  • Delivery address - open the Address Book from the menu on the left, then choose Add New Address. If this is the address you'd like us to ship to by default, remember to set it as your default.

Will changing my account details affect orders I've already placed?

No. Any changes you make to your account won't affect the details of orders you've already placed. Updating your saved email address or address book sets what we use for future orders and communications, not for an order that's already on its way.

If you need to correct the email address, shipping address, or other details on an existing order, contact our Customer Care team via live chat or the Contact Us page. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can update it before the order ships.

What if I can't access the email address on my account?

If you can no longer reach the email address linked to your account or used for an order, contact our Customer Care team and let us know the correct email address you'd like to use going forward. We may need to confirm a few details to locate the right account before making any changes.

If you have an order linked to the old address, include your order number. If you don't have it, share the email address used at the time, or other purchase details such as the recipient name, shipping address, order date, or order amount, so we can find it.

I updated my email but still get messages at the old address. What now?

If you've already updated your email address but messages keep arriving at the old or incorrect one, contact our Customer Care team again so we can take a closer look and make sure your details are set correctly.
